GlycoFi intends to become a fully-integrated biopharmaceutical company leveraging its revolutionary protein production technology to develop, produce, and commercialize next generation biotherapeutics™. In addition, we are dedicated to the proliferation of our technology through out-licensing and collaborative arrangements with our partners.
GlycoFi’s patented, scalable protein expression technology is unique within the Biotechnology industry; it permits precise control over glycosylation. GlycoFi technology has ended the era of the host cell dictating glycosylation. Using GlycoFi technology, protein structure-activity relationships (SARs) are rapidly elucidated at the R&D phase. The same cell lines producing research material can be used to produce material at the commercial-scale, permitting rapid transition from lab bench to clinical development and commercial launch. GlycoFi is pursuing an accelerated drug development strategy, bringing its technology to bear on validated targets and FDA approved proteins where GlycoFi has freedom to operate.
