Gene
Arrays, Inc. (GA) was founded in 2002 on the foundation of predecessor company
DNA Technologies, Inc. which was in business since 1995 providing quality
products and services to our fellow researchers from pharmaceutical,
biotechnology and biomedical research institutions. In May 2004, GA became a
subsidiary of Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals.
GA's Aim
is to support life sciences and pharmaceutical companies and academic
institutions that carry out fundamental or applied genomics and proteomics
research. The long term aim of GA's is to identify novel targets for cancer
that can be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
GA's Mission
is to continue to develop innovative services and products that expedite and
enhance scientific research and collaboration in genomics and proteomics. GA's

Capabilities
GA has a team of highly skilled qualified
scientists consisting of Ph.D. scientists, trained laboratory technicians and
scientific advisors with many years of experience in genomics and proteomics,
for application to both in-house research projects and contract research for
clients.

GA is involved in cancer gene profiling and
therapeutic proteins. For these purposes we are screening for novel genes to
be used for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
