Phenomix is a drug discovery and development company with a portfolio of therapeutic programs underway in immune disease and metabolic syndrome. By generating detailed physiological data in a mammalian system, Phenomix creates biological insight that allows earlier and better informed decisions across the discovery and development process.

Phenomix’ approach is based on the observation that incorporating detailed in vivo studies early into the discovery process drives more informed decisions and reduces late stage failures. The Company has integrated effective phenotyping assays and disease models into all stages of the drug discovery and development process. The platform is further complemented by expertise in drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, translational medicine and clinical development. Phenomix’ lead programs for treatment of type 2 diabetes and immune disease are in preclinical development.
