DNA Technician: Custom Oligonucleotide Synthesis
We are currently seeking a responsible, meticulous lab technician with experience in oligonucleotide synthesis to join our manufacturing group. Primary responsibilities will be the operation of automated DNA synthesis and purification instrumentation. Background in chemistry or biosciences preferred.


Manufacturing Chemist DNA Synthesis Reagents
Perform synthetic organic manufacturing procedures in accordance with written methods. Perform routine maintenance on process equipment and workspace. Maintain written and computerized records of production activities and equipment use and maintenance. Write and update synthetic protocols and other documents as needed. Follow all quality, safety, material handling, and other workplace policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as required. Good communication skills, computer literacy, BS or experience in chemistry required. References by former employers or professors required.


Oligo Production Chemist Custom Oligonucleotide Synthesis
We are currently seeking an experienced chemist with a strong background in oligonucleotide synthesis to join our oligo-manufacturing group. Primary responsibilities will be to develop manufacturing routes for and to participate in the production of modified oligonucleotides. Successful candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of phosphoramidite chemistry and proficiency in operating modern DNA synthesis and purification instrumentation. Experience with fluorescence oligo conjugates preferred. BS. or PhD in chemistry or related field required.


Instrument Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking an instrument maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance of assorted DNA synthesis and purification instrumentation. No prior biotech experience is required but mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of the Windows operating systems is a must
